Tom is an expert in business and marketing strategy. He specializes in the application of Artificial Intelligence in marketing strategy, creative and media development, product innovation, and traditional advertising. Tom also leads the development of Predictive Marketing roadmaps, an analysis of short-term economic opportunities via AI application, as well as 2 year long-range business transformation planning to help clients move from the old world of programmatic media to the new world of Predictive Marketing.
He founded and served as CEO of Lemonade, Inc., a leader in social commerce whose clients included Fortune 1000 brands and celebrities. Prior to that, Tom worked in Experiential Marketing and Innovation at Life LLC where he gained experience in business and marketing strategy and creative development of innovative experiential marketing programs. Previously, Tom spent 11 years at Modem Media in Executive Management where he grew the company to 1000 employees, and achieved a successful IPO in 1999 and acquisition by Digitas in 2004.
