In a time when desktops are no longer the number one place consumers get information, intentionality is critical and showcasing our understanding of individuals is key. With consumers browsing in different ways and shopping available at their fingertips, the fact is that we, as consumers, no longer go online, we live online. This session will look at the need to remove friction from the path to purchase and create a seamless journey that fits into the type of media people are regularly consuming.
