Biography

Caroline Covington is a global performance marketing expert within the e-commerce arena, bringing over 12 years of experience in retail for some of the industry’s strongest brands.

As Sr. Director of E-commerce Marketing for Levi Strauss & Co., she leads performance marketing for Levi.com, partner.com sites and CRM teams, as well as the functions of global marketing technology stack and testing and optimizations. Prior to Levi’s, Caroline held e-commerce roles across various retailers (Kate Spade, Jack Spade, C. Wonder), leading the pilot and launch of the katespade.com sample sale online strategy. Caroline has a proven track record of building high performing marketing teams known for accelerating digital media performance and championing internal e-commerce transformations.
