MJ DePalma is known as a voice for optimizing business and life through spreading ideas for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her career spans 24 years in retail, sales, business development, and marketing. Her passion and purpose has converged into the meaningful practice of Inclusive Marketing. MJ’s motto is, “Learn better to know better so together we can do better.”
MJ has been recognized by Microsoft, the global advertising industry, and the C-suite, as one of the thought leaders in putting an inclusive culture to work and the five principles of inclusive marketing. She has been invited by top global brands and agencies internationally to keynote as well as lead, “Innovation through Inclusion and Empathy” workshops.
Pronouns: she, her, hers and identifies as a gender fluid, second generation Italian American, and UCLA graduate from New Jersey. Currently residing on Bainbridge Island, Washington, with her rescue dog, Joan Jett. She is also currently close to achieving her private pilot’s license for a future non-profit dream of inspiring more girls to get into STEM.
